The first step is to contact us to chat about the process and discuss your school's needs.
Once scheduled, we will email 2-3 weeks prior to your shoot date for PDF copies of digital rosters. From here, private online galleries and passwords are created along with parent instruction forms.
Picture day promotional materials arrive at your school 10-14 days before the shoot.
On picture day, we will arrive approximately one hour before classes begin to set up and prepare.
Staff will help to bring the children to be photographed and will return them to class after. "Stranger Danger" is a real fear for many younger students. To help with this, we ask that a familiar teacher or adult stay in the general area to help them feel at ease.
Siblings are encouraged to jump in for a photo on the day the youngest child is photographed. Our picture day workflow is efficient, and we try to move quickly while giving each child the time they need without compromising the quality of the images.
Approximately 14 BUSINESS days after picture day, we will email your school’s contact person to let them know that all galleries have been posted and parent instruction forms can be sent home. From here parents will complete the ordering process 100% online. Purchased prints and products are mailed directly to the students home and digital files are emailed immediately to the parents after check out.
Your school will receive digital images of each staff member. You may use these images for yearbook, ID cards, programs, and other staff needs. We appreciate our school partners and happily give a portion of the profits from Free Shipping Day back as a school donation for top performing schools.

We provide a style guide for parents with our marketing posters to help coordinate. Cleaning faces and moisturizing before sending them to school helps for a quick & easy touch-up if needed.
The amount of images can vary per child but on average we try to provide at least 3 for you to choose from. Each child has a unique personality which often leads to different results. Some children really love the camera while others are more reserved.
We strive to capture authentic expressions but just like adults, sometimes, we’re simply not in the mood to smile. We do our best to capture a variety of expressions but can not guarantee a smile on Picture Day. Children will never be forced to do anything they are uncomfortable with.
